Thank you for booking your Accommodation through Canary Sun Holidays.  Please find below important details.

We have enclosed a Booking Conditions Form for you to complete, which MUST be returned by email within 48 hours or your booking is not secured and may be lost.  This can be typed on and returned by email.  Your holiday will be confirmed when the booking conditions are received and deposit has been made.  Please also pay the damage deposit of 50 GBP when paying the deposit for the apartment.  Please inform us when and how payment has been made and the amount.  This is very important in order for Canary Sun to trace and record your payment.

Please inform us of your flight arrival and departure times.  This allows us, if possible to ensure the apartment is ready for you arrival and to assess if clients can stay longer in an apartment if they have a late flight.  However, entrance and exit times must be adhered to, unless previous arrangements have been made.

Please also confirm the number of persons in your party.

We will liaise by email for your entry to the apartment.  We will either meet you on arrival; email a letter for you to collect keys at reception or post keys to you with directions to the apartment.  If you have not heard from us a week before your departure please contact us.

Our emergency telephone number will be in your apartment, but please take note of our numbers in case of any emergency before you arrive at the apartment.

On your return home from your holiday, please email us and we will arrange the return of your damage deposit.  If you would like to include bank details and we will refund the money by internet bank transfer.

Booking Form & Conditions  -  Canary Sun Holidays

This document contains the Terms & Conditions of a ‘Rental Agreement’ between Canary Sun Holidays (The Agent) and Holidaymaker (The Client).

1.    The property is offered for holiday rental subject to confirmation by CSH (the Agent).
2.    Deposit of £50 per week (£100 for villas) is due when the client confirms the booking. Christmas and New Year weeks require a deposit of £100.  A returnable damage/breakages deposit of  £50 (£100 for villas) is also required. All payments by bank transfer.  The following cancellation charges will apply: – 42+days= deposit, 28-41days= 50%, 14-27days= 75% and 0-14days= 100%. 
3.    Balance of the rent is payable not less than 6 weeks before start of rental period.  If payment is not received by the due date, the Agent reserves the right to give notice in writing, that the reservation is cancelled.  Reservations made within 6 weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.
4.    The Client is strongly advised to arrange a comprehensive travel insurance policy (including cancellation cover) and to have full cover for the party’s personal belongings, public liability etc., since this is not covered by the Owner’s insurance.
5.    The rental period will commence at 1600hrs on the first day and end at 1000hrs on the last day.  The Agent (CSH) will not be obliged to offer the accommodation before the time stated and the Client will not be entitled to remain in occupation after the time stated.
6.    The number of people occupying the apartment must not exceed the number of persons agreed on when confirming booking.
7.    The Client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the property and its contents, and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period.  The damage deposit will be used if apartments are left untidy and take longer to clean than normal.
8.    Without delay, the Client will report to the Agent (CSH) any defects to the property or breakdown of equipment/appliances within the property or terrace.  Repair or replacement will take place as soon as possible.
9.    The Agent (CSH) will not be liable to the Client: -
a.    For any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of Public Services to the property.
b.    For any loss, damage or injury resulting from adverse weather conditions, riot, war, strike or other matters beyond the control of the Owners.
10.    Under no circumstances will the Agents liability to the Client exceed the amount paid to the Agent for the rental period.
11.    The Client will be subjected to a 30 euro callout charge if the problem is due to the Client. e.g. lost keys. 
12.    The booking form below should be completed and returned to CSH by email within 48 hours or the booking may be cancelled.
